In recent years, dieters have been looking to diet to improve their weight and keep their overall health.
With the number of people seeking to lose weight and maintain it in various forms, it’s been easy to fall victim to the temptation of cutting carbs, fat and protein out of your diet.
While many dieters are going about their day with the right intentions, there are many more who are trying to eat healthier but who are just not on the same page.
With the help of nutritionists, sports nutritionists and coaches, the National Hockey League is trying to bridge the gap.
The league, which includes the NHL, NHLPA and the NHL Players’ Association, has set up a team of dietitians and nutritionists dedicated to helping players with their diets.
The dietitian, in particular, is looking to help players find the right foods to eat and make sure they are eating a healthy diet for their body.
“What we’re trying to do is educate people on how they can go about trying to lose and maintain weight,” said Dietitian/Nutritionist David Wojciechowski, who has worked with several players in the past.
“There’s so many things that we’re not going to be able to control.

“The players have an incredible understanding of what they’re doing and how to achieve a healthy lifestyle, and that’s the reason we’re working together on this project,” Bossie told ESPN.
“We’re going to give them the tools they need to succeed and that means more nutritionists helping to get the right nutrition into their diets and eating patterns.”

The NHL Dietitians are going to do their job and give their clients the tools to help them achieve their weight loss goals.
“Players and their coaches can use the dietitious to help coach their players on their nutrition and nutrition-related habits.”
Gagletti said that while the NHL is working to bring together its players to work together on nutrition and exercise, it is also encouraging its players, coaches and the community to take steps to improve themselves.””
