How to Drink Water with Celiac Disease Diet

The Celiac Diet is a gluten-free, water-based diet designed to aid in managing celiac.

The diet is formulated to promote digestive health and ease digestive distress by: reducing the amount of water in the digestive tract, and improving digestive absorption.

To start with, celiac sufferers need to be able to tolerate at least four tablespoons of water a day, according to the Celiac Association.

It also helps to drink at least two cups of water daily, according the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

The NIAID says that the ideal water intake should be at least three to four cups of fluid a day.

The Celiac Foundation recommends that individuals drink two cups a day of water.

Water is one of the best ways to help to control and eliminate symptoms of celiac, the Mayo clinic said.

When you drink more than two cups, you may need to take an extra shot of laxatives.

The Mayo Clinic also suggests that if you have chronic disease or have trouble with constipation, a water-filled diet may be helpful.

To help maintain a healthy body weight, individuals who suffer from celiac are advised to eat less than half their daily calories from fat and other unhealthy carbohydrates, according an NIAid statement.

To reduce symptoms of the autoimmune disease, it’s important to avoid gluten and other wheat-based foods, the NINDS states.

Gluten is a protein found in wheat and rye.
