How to make a DIY diet plan that’s free and easy
If you want to make your own DIY diet plans without relying on a dietician or doctor, there’s a new tool out there that will do just that.
Free Diet Plan Maker (FDP) is an app that lets you create diet plans from scratch.
This means you can make your plan to fit any person’s needs, but with a few simple steps.1.
Create your diet plan’s ingredientsThe first step is to create a diet plan.
FDP makes it easy.
Simply enter in the ingredients of the plan, and you’re good to go.2.
Select the plan’s nutrition goalsThe second step is creating the plan.
Choose a nutrient level you’re comfortable with, and then create a goal.
For example, you could set a goal of “eating at least 1,000 calories a day.”
The FDP calculator will then automatically calculate how much you need to eat, so you don’t have to worry about counting.3.
Add ingredients and calculate how you’ll be able to achieve your goalAs you can see, the calculator has a number of options.
You can choose to “just add” ingredients, or you can “add in more.”
Adding more ingredients to a plan doesn’t add up to much, though.
If you add in ingredients you know will work for you, it will be much more effective.4.
Add nutrition data to your planNow that you’ve created your diet, you can add in nutritional information.
You simply enter in your nutrient needs and the plan will automatically calculate your daily calorie intake.
The calculator also includes a nutrition calculator that can help you determine how much calories you need, and how much to eat.FDP is a great way to create your own healthy, nutritious diet plans.
