Health experts are urging people to try a ‘juicing’ diet that has a low carbohydrate content to help manage migrainus.
The diet involves taking only a small amount of carbohydrate from a smoothie or juice, and drinking at least 1 glass of water a day.
But the results have been mixed, with some studies showing it may not help.
